I understand that by submitting this form I am agreeing that during the day(s) I am using the One Maxor Plaza Park I am responsible for its proper care. I am responsible for making sure the park is completely undamaged and clean, and the key is returned within 24 hours of the completion of the event I am hosting. If any alcohol is being consumed during this event I am responsible for arranging proper security for the One Maxor Plaza Park either by means of off-duty police officers that are not partaking in the consumption of alcohol or through reimbursing One Maxor Plaza for providing security for the duration of the event that I am hosting.
